Payment

You can pay for orders placed through the HomeTex online store using one of the following methods:

1. Cash on delivery – κατά την παραλαβή της αποστολής, πρέπει να πληρώσετε στον courier σε μετρητά το ποσό της παραγγελίας σας + shipping. The shipping fee is determined based on the courier company's rates, depending on the weight of the package and the delivery address you have provided.

2. Bank transfer – πριν αποστείλουμε το δέμα σε εσάς, πρέπει να πληρώσετε το ποσό της παραγγελίας σας μέσω τραπεζικής μεταφοράς στον λογαριασμό της εταιρείας Home Tex Interiors EOOD. Τα έξοδα αποστολής θα τα πληρώσετε στον courier κατά την παραλαβή της αποστολής. Τα έξοδα αποστολής καθορίζονται σύμφωνα με τις τιμές της εταιρείας courier, ανάλογα με το βάρος της αποστολής και τη διεύθυνση στην οποία επιθυμείτε να παραδοθεί η παραγγελία σας.

We deliver your orders via courier companies ECONT и BOX NOW σε κάθε σημείο της χώρας. Κατά την ολοκλήρωση της παραγγελίας σας, μπορείτε να επιλέξετε παράδοση σε προσωπική διεύθυνση της επιλογής σας, σε γραφείο της ECONT ή σε αυτόματο μηχάνημα της BOX NOW.

Delivery to a BOX NOW kiosk (μόνο για παραγγελίες που έχουν πληρωθεί με κάρτα)

  • Flat-rate delivery to a parcel locker for all shipments valued at up to 150.00 BGN – 3.60 BGN (including VAT). Delivery of shipments valued at over 150.00 BGN – FREE.
  • Delivery time: 1 business day nationwide

How to place an order for pickup at a BOX NOW kiosk

  • When making a purchase, select delivery to a BOX NOW kiosk.
  • Select the kiosk from which you would like to pick up your package.
  • Pay for your order with a credit card right away.
  • You will receive an email and a VIBER/SMS message containing the PIN code needed to pick up your package.
  • Enter your PIN and pick up your package from the kiosk.

The delivery fee is determined according to the courier's rates, based on the size of the shipment and the destination. After you place your order, a HomeTex representative will contact you to confirm the delivery fee.

Delivery time depends on the location where the goods are to be delivered—from 1 to 7 days.

Orders are processed until 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Orders received after 4:30 p.m. are processed on the next business day. Orders placed after 4:30 p.m. on Friday, as well as orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays, are processed on the first business day.

Shipping is FREE for orders over 150 BGN.
